As some of you are aware we have had some technical issues with our NZCU Baywide Mobile App this week.
Thank you so much for your patience as we worked through these technical issues, we really appreciate your support and understanding. We apologise for all the hassle this has caused. As customers ourselves, we know it’s not ideal and understand your frustration. We will be working with the developers to see how we can avoid this happening in the future.
The GOOD NEWS is that our Mobile App was delivered to the App Stores last night and is now available for all users.
To update your app on an Android device please click here or visit the Google app store and search for NZCU Baywide then select update or install.
To update your app on an Apple iPhone/iPad device please click here or visit the Apple app store and search for NZCU Baywide then select update or install.
In most cases you should be able to just update the app but if this doesn’t work please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
