Set for take off...

We aren’t too far away from having the team push ‘go’. This is the largest business change project we have undertaken. Once live, ‘behind the scenes’ we will be operating a modern, core banking system that is one of the best systems globally. It’s a significant step towards providing future solutions for you.
To get there we will need to undergo a major system outage over the weekend of 2 - 4 March. From 7.30pm Friday 2 March to midnight Sunday 4 March mobile banking, internet banking and phone banking will all be unavailable over this period but we expect EFTPOS and ATMs to be up and running the entire time.
We want to make sure you are prepared for this and we don’t catch you on the hop. There may also be a repeat of this outage during business hours in the week following.
Keep an eye on our website and Facebook page for updates, including if the date changes. We will also TXT message customers (where possible) to keep you in the loop.
It would be a good idea to make sure all your banking needs are sorted before 4.30pm on Friday 2 March, and make sure you have some cash available over that weekend too.
