Existing customers

If you would like to open an additional account (linked to your existing account) please call 0800 229 943. If you want to open a brand NEW account please complete the online application below.

New customers

Please use the online application form to open a NEW account. By opening a new account you will become a customer of NZCU Baywide and be eligible for all customer benefits.

You will need:

  • Current and valid NZ driver licence or NZ Passport
  • Proof of address: A bill or statement that shows your name, address, the date and is less than 3 months old

Your account

Our Loyalty Saver, Bfree accounts and Jimmy J accounts cannot be registered online. Please call 0800 229 943 to contact one of our team who can assist.

Your password must be a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 10 characters, use at least one capital letter and at least one number. For your security please make sure this password is unique and not used elsewhere.
