How do I register for AccessMobile banking?

First you need to be registered for Internet Banking (if not already). Once you are registered for Internet Banking and have logged in online at least once, you can then download from the App store.

What if I cannot remember my Access Number or Internet Banking password?

If you need any details required to set up Mobile Banking, you can visit a branch with identification, or call us. We will be able to reset your password and let you know where to find your Access Number.

Where can I download the AccessMobile app?

You can download the AccessMobile app from the app store links directly below. If you search in the app store make sure you include 'NZCU Baywide'.

How do I log into the AccessMobile banking app?

  1. From the home screen, click register 
  2. Enter your Access number
  3. Enter your internet banking password
  4. Select a PIN and confirm it, then tap the arrow
  5. Accept terms and conditions
  6. You are now logged in and will be taken back to the home screen

How can I view my accounts?

From the home screen click the accounts icon down the left hand side.

OR

Click the menu icon in the top left, then click accounts on the menu list.

How can I pay someone?

  1. Click the 'pay' icon on the home screen on the right OR the menu icon then the 'pay' icon
  2. Select pay someone
  3. Select a saved payee OR Click New payee to enter details if needed
  4. Enter the amount to pay. optional: Schedule payment option here if needed
  5. Enter the particulars, code and reference (Optional)
  6. Choose an account to pay from
  7. Review the details of your transaction and click pay now
  8. Review receipt. Optional: Click 'share' icon on top right to share receipt

How can I transfer money?

  1. Click the pay icon on the home screen
  2. Click transfer
  3. Choose account to transfer from
  4. Select account
  5. Choose account to transfer to
  6. Select account
  7. Confirm accounts to transfer are correct
  8. Enter amount to pay. Optional: Schedule payment option here if needed
  9. Enter the particulars, code and reference (optional)
  10. Review details of your transaction and click transfer now
  11. Review receipt. Optional:Click share icon at top right to share receipt

How can I set up a future dated transaction?

  1. Click schedule payment under the amount to transfer/pay
  2. For later click payment date
  3. Choose date in calendar
  4. Click set schedule and continue payment process
  5. Details appear under transfer amount

How can I set up a recurring transaction?

  1. Click schedule payment under the amount to transfer/pay
  2. Click recurring
  3. Choose frequency or number of payments
  4. Click set recurring schedule and continue payment process
  5. Details appear under transfer amount
