Notice of Annual General Meeting
Members are invited to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Credit Union Baywide (CUB)
Wednesday, 27 October 2021, commencing at 4pm
The 2021 AGM will be held exclusively using Zoom, with no attendance in person.

Zoom details will be emailed to those who register by 4pm on Tuesday, 26 October 2021.
No voting will be conducted on the night except for procedural matters such as acceptance of the 2020 AGM minutes. All voting on proposed resolutions will be conducted electronically prior to the AGM. All members eligible to vote will begin to receive their voting details from Thursday, 7 October 2021, when voting opens. Go to 'How to vote' below for further details and to cast your vote.
As there are a number of quite technical resolutions this year, to assist you, we are arranging a resolutions explanation session via Zoom video conference at 4.30pm on Wednesday, 20 October where management and Board representatives will explain the various resolutions and be available to answer any questions. If you would like to participate in this session, please register your interest by 5pm Monday 18 October to email@example.com and we will send you a link to the meeting.
