We have a full-time opportunity for a Customer Solutions Consultant to join our Contact Centre team in our Dunedin office.
The key focus of this role is to provide high quality service to our existing and new customers, while identifying their financial needs and matching them with NZCU Baywide’s products and services. You will play a key role to help spread the word about the great work we do.
What are we looking for? Exceptional customer service and communication skills are vital as well as having the ability to work under pressure. You’ll need high levels of energy, enthusiasm, positivity and confidence and possess a great sense of humour. We like to have fun!
Normal hours of work are Monday to Friday and some flexibility around start and finish times is required to ensure our ability to meet customers’ needs. This position is 8 hours per day between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
