Existing members

If you would like to open an additional account (linked to your existing account) please call 0800 229 943. If you want to open a brand NEW account please complete the online application below.

New members

Please use the online application form to open a NEW account. By opening a new account you will become a customer of Unity and be eligible for all customer benefits.

You will need:

  • Current and valid NZ driver licence or NZ Passport
  • Proof of address: A bill or statement that shows your name, address, the date and is less than 3 months old

Your account

Our Freedom accounts and Kids Saver accounts cannot be registered online. Please call 0800 229 943 to contact one of our team who can assist.

Password must be between 8-10 characters long, with at least 1 capital letter and at least 1 number. This password will be used to help identify you when you contact our team and must not be shared with anyone. For security, please ensure this password is not used elsewhere.
